Shipping Policy

Within India, we ship through registered courier companies like Delhivery, Xpressbees, FedEx, Blue Dart, Ecom ExpressEkart logistics Aramex, etc. You need to provide a valid mobile number in order to process the order.

Delivery time :

We try our best to ship our pieces to you within 4- 7 working days. Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays are not set as working days for standard deliveries. The shipping time for out-of-stock products would however be longer and we would keep you posted about the approximate delivery date post ordering as well. These delivery times are subject to location, distance, and our logistics partners. We are not liable for any delays in delivery by the courier company/postal authorities but will help you track down a package through our partner courier services.

Cash on delivery :

Kindly note that COD is only a payment option; customers are required to make the full payment for their order before they open the package. COD products cannot be tried or returned at the point of delivery. Kindly note that the COD option is not valid for a try-and-buy facility. It is merely an option for payment.

International orders :

To place an international order, please write to us. For international orders, we take 15-20 working days to deliver. There will be an additional shipping charge according to the country and weight of the product. A separate email will be sent by our customer care with a payment link.

 

How do I track my order?

If you’re a logged-in user, simply head to the ‘My Orders’ section in your account to track your order. If you have shopped as a guest use, enter your order number you must have received on your email or mobile.
