EXCHANGES & RETURNS POLICY
We have crafted each garment with a lot of love and care. If for some reason, you are unsure of the size or we’ve missed a spot and you’d like to exchange them, you can write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and someone from our customer care team will contact you within 1-2 business days and will guide you through the process of exchange. They may request further information/photographs to assess your return request. Please do assist them.
How to exchange?
If the product is not from sale section it is eligible for size exchange, you may write to us at email@example.com or on +91 6352961881 with all the details and reason for exchange within 3 working days or 72 working hours of delivery to request an exchange. Once acknowledged by the Rahi team during the next working day, please send the product back to us.
We recommend returning items through traceable mail. The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable

1. Exchange can be done within 3 days for the date of delivery
2. Only products which are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all their labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging are eligible for exchange.
3. Please mention your name, address, number, email, and order id on the parcel.
4. Please do note, that exchange is allowed once per order.
5. Size exchange is available (in case of a size exchange, the customer is eligible to get a bigger or smaller size).
Can I exchange a part of my order?
Yes. You can exchange any part of product or the entire product that is eligible for exchange within 72 hours of delivery. Please do note there are some items that are not returnable or exchangeable.
We do not permit any returns or exchanges for international orders.
